Great company with a great service. I had forgot to book my taxi last night with my regular company, and reached out to this company via what's app this morning as my regular one didn't have a taxi out. I had a reply within 5 minutes, and a taxi at my door 10 minutes later.
The vehicle was very clean, the driver was incredibly friendly and chatty even with it being very early on a Monday morning. He made me feel very comfortable during the ride.
I will definitely be using these from now on. The convenience of what's app is also great.

Very easy booking with Taxis Neath, called them up and a taxi arrived in 5 minutes. The driver (Kerry) was also very friendly, and shared lots of local knowledge along the way.
Managed to reserve a taxi on the way back too and once again the driver (Peter this time) made the journey very pleasant.
A great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone (especially tourists) traveling to Neath!
